Because we've moved her mid-March and the weather has turned nice, most of my visits were on an outdoor patio. My mother is in the memory care section and it is a new facility that just opened up in October. There are different activities, and they have botany programs. They have meals, and all that good stuff, I would recommend it to anyone. It is brand new, very high- end, and the amenities are very clean. As for the activities I just see the calendar every month, and they seem to have a lot of activities.

Not really friendly or kind, they go through their tasks with a cold indifference that appears to be fostered by equally indifferent management. It seems to operate more similarly to an "independent living" setting where much less care is offered.

There are many problems with the care at Brandywine Hall. The most upsetting, to me is that my sister is regularly brought the wrong medication. Often medication is brought that she has never seen, and has not been ordered for her.
Nevertheless, it would be the most convenient and the nicest one around where we live. For a place, it looked more like home, not so like a hospital. It was a very nice, small, intimate, and high-end facility.
